My recent column, Why Obama Can't be Impeached, brought an avalanche of email with many questions. In particular, someone wanted to know if hypothetically, Barry Soetoro aka Obama, committed treason by selling sensitive military secrets, could he be charged with treason? The putative president is a civilian and can be indicted by a federal grand jury. If enough evidence exists, he could be tried and convicted. But, as someone who has usurped the office of the president, he cannot be impeached for the same crime since he does not legally occupy the office.
He clearly is guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. §1343, the federal wire fraud statute, which typically carries a penalty of at least 20 years. As a civilian, he can be indicted and tried in federal court.
Question about the oath of office ceremony. As Barry clearly has known all along he was never eligible, when he took the oath of office, he committed perjury - twice. We can all remember, there was a second 'swearing in' due to Chief Justice John Robert's tripping over his tongue. But, was there more to it?
At the invitation of Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., the putative president paid a 'protocol' visit to the Supreme Court, January 14, 2009. The visit was private behind closed doors with no media. At that time, Roberts had cases on the docket where Obama was the defendant or was the subject of pending litigation.
On a Wednesday, Roberts meets with the man at the heart of that case in private. Two days later, he sits down to discuss the case with the other justices after having a closed door meeting with the defendant! Also pending at the time was the Lightfoot v Bowen case to be heard in conference, January 23, 2009. Chief Justice Roberts sat in that private meeting to discuss whether the case should go to oral arguments; it did not. Does anyone see major conflict of interest here?
Even if they just chatted up the weather, it is highly inappropriate. Roberts should have notified the "president elect" that under the circumstances, he would not be able to meet with him, period. There must be zero appearance of any bias or preference when it comes to judges and justices of the Supreme Court.
The number one goal in seeing the putative president removed from office is that his "presidency" not be legitimized. Impeaching him would do just that. Any investigation of Barry's crimes would have to go through the U.S. Department of Justice. A conundrum to be sure. If the usurper is removed because he is clearly ineligible, so goes Eric Holder, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayer, every other judicial appointment now confirmed and every bill he has signed into 'law'.
The Outlaw Congress accepted the electoral college vote instead of invoking House rules and initiating an investigation. Not one of the 535 members stood up for the U.S. Constitution that day. They (including Michelle Bachmann and Ron Paul) are responsible for this severe constitutional crisis that at some point will reach critical mass.
Is there any other way the putative president could be removed from office other than a quo warranto action? Mario Apuzzo, is an attorney who has been representing plaintiffs in cases involving the putative president's ineligibility. Mario has raised the issue of standing, a judicial hallucination, in a case, Bond v. United States, 564 U. S. decided by the U.S. Supreme Court, June 16, 2011 [emphasis mine]:
"Applying the Bond decision to a case challenging Obama's eligibility, one would have to be criminally charged or be compelled to pay money under a statute passed by Congress when Obama was President. One would argue that under Article I, Section 7, Clause 2, laws passed by Congress need the action or inaction of the President (the veto power) before they are allowed to become laws. This requirement satisfies separation of powers and checks and balances doctrine. One would argue that Congress passed the charging statute, with the President's action or inaction. One would argue that a legitimate President must satisfy the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, which contains the "natural born Citizen" clause. Then one would argue that the law is not valid because it never was presented to a legitimate President for consideration under Article I, Section 7, Clause 2, arguing that Obama is not a legitimate President because he does not meet the requirements of the "natural born Citizen" clause..."
Dr. Edwin Vieira raised this very remedy way back in Dec. 2008:
"For a extensive class of litigants who absolutely do have “standing” to challenge Obama’s eligibility will come into existence, and demand relief as a matter of undeniable constitutional right and practical necessity, as soon as Obama’s Department of Justice attempts to enforce through criminal prosecutions some of the controversial legislation that the new Congress will enact and Obama will sign—such as statutes aimed at stripping common Americans of the firearms to which (in Obama’s derisive terminology) they “cling.”
"For example, in a criminal prosecution under a new statute that reinstates the Clinton “assault-weapons ban” (or some equally obnoxious affront to Article I, Section 8, Clauses 15 and 16 and the Second Amendment), the defendant will undeniably have “standing” to challenge the indictment on the grounds that no statute imposing such a ban even exists, because the original “Bill which passed the House of Representatives and the Senate” was never “presented to the President of the United States”, and therefore could never “become a Law,” inasmuch as the supposed “President,” Barack Obama, being constitutionally ineligible for that office, was then and remains thereafter nothing but an usurper. And, unless and until the prosecutor importunes the court to dismiss the indictment with prejudice, the issue of the putative statute's legal nonexistence and inapplicability to the defendant will be anything but moot."

This is by no means a comprehensive guide to 9/11, its a work very much still in progress, but its a got plenty to suggest there is serious issues with the official story, I will be updating this over coming months with more details as I write!
In the early hours of a busy working day on 11th September 2001 media outlets reported American Jet planes had been hijacked and the twin towers at the World Trade Centre in NY had been struck by two planes, the pentagon by another and the fourth crashed after passengers overthrew the hijackers. Later that morning millions of people witnessed the twin towers collapse on live TV, around 3000 people died. Shortly afterwards the media reported Al Qaeda were claiming responsibility for the attacks. There is no doubt in my mind, as sure as night follows day, 9/11 was not a well organised terrorist plot by a guy living in a cave in Afghanistan, it was a terrorist attack by Politicians, businessmen and bankers who need a conflict to keep their profits rolling in. Nothing makes the banker's richer than a good bloody war.
There are so many questions which need to be raised about 9/11 and I have not covered all of them here, but first we should ask, where was NORAD, the North American Aerospace Defense Command which defends the US and Canada from air attack? NORAD had intercepted off course and suspected hijackings 67 times during 2001 up to 9/11, then failed 4 times in the same day to stop the attacks.
And Condoleezza Rice, US Secretary of State said the US had no idea terrorists would use hijacked airplanes to attack America, but Richard Cheney, 46th Vice President of the United States, was conducting a training scenario on September 11th 2001, in which airliners were hijacked and flown into buildings in exactly the same air space as where the 9/11 attacks took place!
You read that right, yes the American government were doing a training exercise, on September 11th 2001 which involved hijacked airliners being flown into buildings! What an unbelievable coincidence! Almost as unlikely as the scenario we had in July 2005 where the British were doing training exercises involving bombs on the London underground, you guessed it, at the exact same stations and at the exact same time as the actual 'terrorist' attacks. Its insulting just how obvious it all is.
The collapse of the twin Towers was without any doubt, a controlled demolition, the building fell at free-fall speed, there was no resistance, it took just under 10 seconds for the top of the tower to hit the ground.
So what happened to the 47 steel support rods running through the building from top to bottom? The 9/11 commission claims that the heat from the jet fuel was the reason the towers collapsed. Jet fuel burns at a maximum of 1700 degrees Fahrenheit and steel only begins to melt at around 2800 degrees Fahrenheit, so jet fuel doesn't even burn hot enough to do that kind of damage! Besides which, the majority of the jet fuel burning can be seen in the explosion coming out of the tower when the planes first hits. AND they want us to believe there was enough jet fuel to completely destroy the 47 steel rods in both buildings from just 2 planes! Lies I tell you, lies, this is not even remotely possible, yet its the 'official' version of what happened.
You can watch the original live footage and hear witnesses all saying they heard several 'bangs', 'pops', or 'blasts', 'like explosions' and 'then the south tower came down'. This matches other video footage which shows the chargers exploding at the sides of the towers, just like in controlled demolitions.
If the planes crashing into the buildings caused them to crash they would have fallen like a tree being cut down in a wood, instead they crashed straight down into the ground where they stood, like in controlled demolitions.
Another significant point about the collapse is the debris, remember all that fine dust, (responsible for the ill health of many of survivors), this was created by the huge amount of explosives in the buildings, if a building just collapses it would look like a big pile of rubble, but the twin towers turned to dust, you guessed it, like a controlled demolition.
Hyman Brown, construction manager of the towers said; "They were designed to to withstand almost anything, including hurricanes, bombings and an air plane".
On the subject of buildings collapsing, remember World Trade Center building 7? I'll remind you anyway, it was the nearby building which collapsed 'because of the heat of the fire' several hours after the towers had collapsed. Other buildings directly surrounding it were fine but WTC building 7 collapsed, again, remarkably like a controlled demolition. And the evidence to support this is pretty conclusive. Larry Silverstein, who bought the World Trade Center lease and increased the insurance six months before 9/11 said in September 2002 on a PBS TV documentary that the WTC building 7 was badly damaged and they wanted to 'pull it'.
Oh and both BBC and CNN reported that the building had collapsed over 25 minutes before it had. You can even watch the footage of the reporter on CNN standing reporting the collapse of WTC building 7 when its clearly still standing right there in the live background!
There is also substantial evidence to suggest no plane ever hit the Pentagon, after all, where is the CCTV footage? There are apparently at least 85 CCTV cameras outside the Pentagon, not one of them captured this? And the lack of a plane wreckage at the crash site seen in hundreds of pictures is obviously suspicious too. The explanation? Yes, everything was destroyed by the heat from the jet fuel! Not one body managed to survive. Oh and of the 8 black boxes in total only 1 has ever been made public, the others, were apparently destroyed. Again, as we all know these black boxes are designed to survive crashes, thats the whole idea of them, but no, all destroyed, well according to the official story.
This following video is one I came across after originally writing this article, its amateur video footage showing the explosion occurring at the pentagon but no plane.
Technology to remotely fly aircraft from the ground has been in use since the 1950's, and when you take a deeper look into the details of the events surrounding the 'hijackings' the official story once again simply doesn't make sense. You only have to look back at all the live footage, people were saying left right and center, "that was not a normal passenger plane". Again I will come back to write in more detail on certain points but for now here's a couple of good videos which support what i've said.
If you believe these planes were hijacked by Islamic extremists, just look at the facts, they weren't; days after the attacks nineteen hijackers were named, seven of these 'hijackers' have since been found to be still alive - the FBI however has not changed its list of those responsible!
There's even a big question over if the 'hijacked' planes were even the same aircraft that crashed in to the buildings, certainly many witnesses claim they were not American Airline passenger planes. Astonishingly one of the alleged hijacked planes, flight 93, has even been spotted at an airport in Chicago on April 10th 2003 by David Freedman, a United Airlines employee!
Looking at the short video below, you have to ask why does George Bush lie about seeing the first plane crash into the tower 'live' on TV before entering a public event at a school. There was no 'live footage' initially, that was only aired after the attacks had taken place. And if he saw that happen, why didn't he do something? Surely he could have been a target? Would his security staff really allow him to continue a frankly irrelevant public outing while his country is under attack from terrorists! Or did the idiot Bush know what was going to happen? Just look at his facial expression when he is told "a second plane has hit the towers, America is under attack", there is no feeling there. But there wouldn't be, as you should already know from History, the Bush family has always been heavily involved with organised crime, drugs trafficking, terrorism, false flag wars, eradicating freedoms and engaging in satanic rituals, (They all take part in the sick rituals at Bohemian Grove where the Bilderberg group meet).
and of course whenever he's thrown an unexpected question, he makes fool of himself, see below.
People are now starting to wake up to the reality of what happened on 9/11, even those who normally choose to ignore such 'conspiracies'. Just like the 7/7 London Bombings, which i hope to come on to another time, 9/11 was an engineered event, and we've been told nothing but lies ever since. And as a result of believing the lies we have willingly allowed our freedom to be taken away without any form of resistance. After 9/11, new laws were rapidly introduced taking away many basic freedoms from us, look at the terrorist act, the patriot act etc, they are designed to alter the way we live our lives so we slowly move into a fascist dictatorship, it has nothing to do with terrorists, because there aren't any!
Nicholas Rockefeller of the Famous Rockefeller banking dynasty was even quoted by AAron Russo the filmaker to have said before 9/11; "there's gonna be an event AAron, and after that event we're gonna go into Afghanistan, we're gonna go into Iraq to take the oil and establish a base in the middle east, and we're gonna go into Venezuela and try to take Chevez...
..Your gonna see guys going into caves looking for people they're never gonna find, he was laughing about the fact that you have this war on terror, there's no real enemy, so by having this war on terror, you can never win it, and because your at war you can keep taking people's liberties away".

If the planes crashing into the buildings caused them to crash they would have fallen like a tree being cut down in a wood, instead they crashed straight down into the ground where they stood, like in controlled demolitions.
Another significant point about the collapse is the debris, remember all that fine dust, (responsible for the ill health of many of survivors), this was created by the huge amount of explosives in the buildings, if a building just collapses it would look like a big pile of rubble, but the twin towers turned to dust, you guessed it, like a controlled demolition.
Hyman Brown, construction manager of the towers said; "They were designed to to withstand almost anything, including hurricanes, bombings and an air plane".
On the subject of buildings collapsing, remember World Trade Center building 7? I'll remind you anyway, it was the nearby building which collapsed 'because of the heat of the fire' several hours after the towers had collapsed. Other buildings directly surrounding it were fine but WTC building 7 collapsed, again, remarkably like a controlled demolition. And the evidence to support this is pretty conclusive. Larry Silverstein, who bought the World Trade Center lease and increased the insurance six months before 9/11 said in September 2002 on a PBS TV documentary that the WTC building 7 was badly damaged and they wanted to 'pull it'.
Oh and both BBC and CNN reported that the building had collapsed over 25 minutes before it had. You can even watch the footage of the reporter on CNN standing reporting the collapse of WTC building 7 when its clearly still standing right there in the live background!
There is also substantial evidence to suggest no plane ever hit the Pentagon, after all, where is the CCTV footage? There are apparently at least 85 CCTV cameras outside the Pentagon, not one of them captured this? And the lack of a plane wreckage at the crash site seen in hundreds of pictures is obviously suspicious too. The explanation? Yes, everything was destroyed by the heat from the jet fuel! Not one body managed to survive. Oh and of the 8 black boxes in total only 1 has ever been made public, the others, were apparently destroyed. Again, as we all know these black boxes are designed to survive crashes, thats the whole idea of them, but no, all destroyed, well according to the official story.
This following video is one I came across after originally writing this article, its amateur video footage showing the explosion occurring at the pentagon but no plane.
Technology to remotely fly aircraft from the ground has been in use since the 1950's, and when you take a deeper look into the details of the events surrounding the 'hijackings' the official story once again simply doesn't make sense. You only have to look back at all the live footage, people were saying left right and center, "that was not a normal passenger plane". Again I will come back to write in more detail on certain points but for now here's a couple of good videos which support what i've said.
If you believe these planes were hijacked by Islamic extremists, just look at the facts, they weren't; days after the attacks nineteen hijackers were named, seven of these 'hijackers' have since been found to be still alive - the FBI however has not changed its list of those responsible!
There's even a big question over if the 'hijacked' planes were even the same aircraft that crashed in to the buildings, certainly many witnesses claim they were not American Airline passenger planes. Astonishingly one of the alleged hijacked planes, flight 93, has even been spotted at an airport in Chicago on April 10th 2003 by David Freedman, a United Airlines employee!
Looking at the short video below, you have to ask why does George Bush lie about seeing the first plane crash into the tower 'live' on TV before entering a public event at a school. There was no 'live footage' initially, that was only aired after the attacks had taken place. And if he saw that happen, why didn't he do something? Surely he could have been a target? Would his security staff really allow him to continue a frankly irrelevant public outing while his country is under attack from terrorists! Or did the idiot Bush know what was going to happen? Just look at his facial expression when he is told "a second plane has hit the towers, America is under attack", there is no feeling there. But there wouldn't be, as you should already know from History, the Bush family has always been heavily involved with organised crime, drugs trafficking, terrorism, false flag wars, eradicating freedoms and engaging in satanic rituals, (They all take part in the sick rituals at Bohemian Grove where the Bilderberg group meet).
and of course whenever he's thrown an unexpected question, he makes fool of himself, see below.
People are now starting to wake up to the reality of what happened on 9/11, even those who normally choose to ignore such 'conspiracies'. Just like the 7/7 London Bombings, which i hope to come on to another time, 9/11 was an engineered event, and we've been told nothing but lies ever since. And as a result of believing the lies we have willingly allowed our freedom to be taken away without any form of resistance. After 9/11, new laws were rapidly introduced taking away many basic freedoms from us, look at the terrorist act, the patriot act etc, they are designed to alter the way we live our lives so we slowly move into a fascist dictatorship, it has nothing to do with terrorists, because there aren't any!
Nicholas Rockefeller of the Famous Rockefeller banking dynasty was even quoted by AAron Russo the filmaker to have said before 9/11; "there's gonna be an event AAron, and after that event we're gonna go into Afghanistan, we're gonna go into Iraq to take the oil and establish a base in the middle east, and we're gonna go into Venezuela and try to take Chevez...
..Your gonna see guys going into caves looking for people they're never gonna find, he was laughing about the fact that you have this war on terror, there's no real enemy, so by having this war on terror, you can never win it, and because your at war you can keep taking people's liberties away".

This film is somewhat controversial, some people suggest not all the information is 100% accurate, but it does follow the right lines and it is a good starting point for anyone wanting more info on money, religion, 9/11 and a few other bits.

Other terrorist attacks such as? Oh yeah, the September 11, 2001 "Terrorist" attacks which killed around 3000 people.
There's a lot which comes up about Bin Laden, he, and Al Qaeda, were both CIA assets long before 9/11, this is why he has never been caught, never mind the fact he didn't have anything to do with orchestrating the attacks. "Tim Osman" was the name assigned to him by the CIA for his tour of the U.S. and U.S. military bases, in search of political support and armaments. It is certain that Tim Osman toured some U.S. military bases receiving special demonstrations of the latest equipment and even paid a visit to the White House.
